According to the Law on Voluntary Pension Funds and Pension Plans (‘Official Gazette of the RS’ 85/05), which has been applicable since April 2006, for citizens who are interested and have the available funds, it is also possible to ensure a pension by paying into private pension funds voluntarily. Applying this law does not change anything regarding pension and disability insurance.
